ADXBA celebrates apprenticeship success
We’re proud to share the news that ADXBA apprentice, George Priestly, has graduated and is now a fully-fledged Software Development SME (subject matter expert) at ADXBA.
ADXBA service manager, Alex Dundas, who oversaw George’s apprenticeship with the company had this to say, “We are proud to share that our Software Development SME George Priestley has completed his apprenticeship with an amazing distinction! Since George joined us a year ago as a Level 3 Software Development Technician Apprentice he has gone from strength to strength and developed his skills and knowledge and has become an integral part of our business. Not only are we over the moon with the grade but we also received excellent feedback from Baltic Apprenticeships who facilitated his learning.”
Baltic Apprenticeships Learning Mentor Rachel added, “George has been an absolute joy to work with! From day one, and throughout his apprenticeship, George’s development of skills, knowledge and confidence continued to impress me. I am thrilled that his commitment and dedication have resulted in an excellent final grade, and I have no doubt he will succeed in achieving his future career goals. The support received from his employer was amazing! They were huge celebrators of George’s achievement and progress which is lovely to see as a Learning Mentor. An outstanding grade for an outstanding learner – very well deserved”
Alex concluded, “As a business ADXBA fully embraces apprenticeships and we can’t wait to continue working with our learning partners to support more great additions to the team.”
Congrats, George!
